【交流生】荷兰乌特列支大学校际交流项目开始遴选

交流期限

一学期或一学年（一学年优先）

在读本科生（大一以上，应届毕业生班除外）或硕士研究生

专业限制：医学除外 （Medicine and veterinary medicine）

全校选拔（条件：必须选择与本专业相关的接收院系）

学生需登录接收学校网址，自行上网查找是否有合适的课程

资助内容

接收学校免收学费，学生需自付国际旅费、住宿费、生活费及其他费用

申请条件

1、候选学生必须为在读本科生（毕业班除外）或硕士研究生，德智体全面发展，成绩优秀，身体健康。

2、语言要求：

本科：雅思> 6.0 (写作>5.5 )； 托福>83 / 220

硕士：雅思>6.5(写作>6.0 )； 托福>93 / 2

3、积极参与社会实践活动，富有组织才能和协助精神，善与人沟通。

4、交换期满后返回本校继续完成学业。

5、家庭经济条件许可，有能力自行支付往返旅费、学习期间食宿费、书本费、保险和医疗保险等费用。

6、有参加过校内英语培训班者，同等条件下优先。（请在申请表格内注明）

7、若被我校推荐的学生，除非不可抗力，不可无故退出项目。否则，今后将取消所有派出资格。因此，拟申请的学生需慎重对待、认真规划。

• The application package (including Cover form, Application form, Courses Selection form, Language Proficiency form, Application Student ID-card form);  下载：www.uu.nl/exchange
• Official academic record of courses, grades and credits undertaken at your home university;
• A copy of your passport/identity card (only relevant pages);
• Two passport photos (on application form and application student ID card);
• Extra copy of all of the above mentioned forms.

申请选拔程序

个人向学院申请，每个学院推荐1名学生；

3月20日左右由国际处统一组织面试，面试通知

交流院校截止申请时间

3月24日之前将申请材料交到国际处

住宿截止申请时间：6月1日（www.uu.nl/housing）

交换学生的学籍管理问题

学生赴荷兰乌特列支大学学习期间保留厦大学籍。学校认可学生在外取得的课程学分。返校后，由院系主任根据学生在外取得的课程学分确定其顶替本校相应的课程学分。

出国护照及签证办理所需材料

学生需要在荷兰高等教育国际交流协会(Neso China)事先进行注册，具体请见如下：

All students with the Chinese nationality (this does not apply to students with a passport from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must register with Neso Beijing for a Neso Certificate before their visa applications can be filed. The Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) does not process Chinese visa applications without the Neso Certificate. In order to register for a Neso Certificate, students will have to take the IELTS test (International English Language Testing System / Academic module) and send the IELTS Test Report Form to Neso Beijing together with the Neso Certificate Registration Form. Please note that a TOEFL test will not be accepted.

is usually very hard to find housing in Utrecht. Therefore Utrecht

University offers guest students assistance with their housing.

The Student Housing Service makes housing arrangements upon

request and under certain conditions. Information about the

procedure will be sent to student after acceptance by UU.
